Just a regular hang out at home day today. Time to catch up on some cleaning… time to play with some photo editing. With just a tap on my iPad screen I can turn a plain old photo into a watercolour masterpiece.
The wind knocked down a lot of swirling falling leaves. Somehow those are the favourites of both the jennies and the goats. They happily chase them in the woods and along the pathways.
I noticed this evening that as soon as the goats were settled back in their own paddock with their dinner the chickens all popped out from their hiding places. They know when the coast is clear.
I was raking up old hay and they were scrambling to find the last of the season’s bugs. Soon there won’t be bugs to find anywhere. Sorry hens!
