Seems the flies are back …
… which means it is more comfortable to hang out in the barns with their billowing sheet doorways.
The rotten thing about this is that I think we had just gotten ahead of those darn biters.
If I make sure to scoop the paddocks morning and afternoon – and use some of my ‘magic bug catching’ Tanglefoot inventions we can interrupt the cycle.
My days should be calming down quite a bit now so I’ll restart the war on the biters tomorrow morning. Flies can last well into October if I don’t get on top of them now. In the meantime this is Rosie’s view of the paddock!
