It is so warm outside today! By this time of year -10’C feels like a heat wave! š That means I can do a lot of the chores without mitts on – which to Darby is a clear indication that I want nothing more than to give her a good ear scratch!
She definitely has the longest ears of our four – and until just the last few months they were mostly ‘out of bounds’. Not any more. She’ll mug for a good ear scratch any chance she gets.
You can tell if you’re scratching in just the right place by watching her eye.
All four donkeys do the funniest eye wiggles if you’ll attend to their ears.
